This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Malaysia, offering the opportunity to work directly with Grant Thornton Singapore while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
You will contribute to providing operational support to the Risk and Compliance function, supporting Grant Thornton Singapore all from a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct background independence and conflict checks
- Maintain comprehensive records and trackers for all risk and compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and internal risk policies
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Risk & Compliance function as required
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Law is an advantage
- 2–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or operational support, preferably within professional services or a corporate environment
- Familiarity with risk and compliance processes, including client onboarding and conflict checks, is advantageous
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a structured team environment
