Tsuji’s expertise covers both public and private companies across various industries, including software manufacturing, wholesale, and BPO services. He is currently a Japan Desk Partner at both Grant Thornton Singapore and Grant Thornton Thailand. From 2018 to 2022, he served as the Japanese Desk Director at Grant Thornton Malaysia and Grant Thornton Cambodia. He plays a key role in supporting Japanese clients across Southeast Asia, building on his experience in these roles. He also serves as a coordinator of Japanese business practices, facilitating effective alignment between Japan headquarters and overseas operations.
Tsuji specialises in supporting Japanese businesses in their overseas expansion, providing assurance services to both listed and non-listed companies. His experience also includes restructuring, J-SOX implementation support, GAAP conversions and IFRS adoption, as well as overseeing bookkeeping and payroll functions.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton Japan, Tsuji worked in sales for a plastic manufacturing company based in Tokyo. His diverse background enables him to provide practical insights and tailored solutions to clients, especially those navigating cross-border operations and regulatory frameworks.
