Grant Thornton Singapore successfully advised their client on the sell side M&A related to Finexis advisory and its affiliate entities (‘Finexis’) to a financial advisory platform sponsored by a leading global private equity fund. 

Founded in 2005, Finexis is one of Singapore’s leading financial advisory firms with a team of over 1,000 financial consultants and employees with operational presence across Singapore and Hong Kong.

Grant Thornton Singapore’s Corporate Finance team were the lead sell side M&A advisor on the sale process and was able to help the client achieve a successful outcome.
