Roch has more than 20 years of experience in providing management and financial advisory services to global and local corporations through his stints in Singapore and London.

He has led numerous financial due diligence teams that worked on global and domestic M&A transactions and has been the overall project manager for global and regional cross-functional teams on several occasions. Roch has also been actively involved in advising companies on their post-merger integrations to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
