Winnie has 18 years of experience in transfer pricing in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to joining Grant Thornton Singapore, she had worked with three Big 4 accounting firms in Malaysia and Hong Kong. She also has experience working in an in-house tax team with a Hong Kong listed company.

Winnie has experience advising clients on various transfer pricing matters, including transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analysis, transfer pricing planning/advisory, transfer pricing due diligence reviews, formulating a defense strategy in resolving transfer pricing dispute cases, and reviewing of intercompany agreements, Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).

She has serviced a diversified portfolio of clients from various industries including manufacturing, trading, property development and construction, healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive, and oil & gas.
