Webinar overview

Equity compensation has been a common way to retain and incentivise employees. For many companies equity compensation can form a large portion of a senior employee’s remuneration package. In this webinar, our tax director, Adrian Sham and tax manager, Ruiyuan, will discuss the common “myths” around equity compensation and how reporting of such equity compensation can get complicated quickly especially for organisations with non-Singapore citizen employees. We encourage you to sign-up if your organisation is offering equity compensation or intending to roll out an equity scheme.
