The role
We are looking for a curious, hands-on intern to help us design, prototype, and validate Copilot agents that improve how our teams work. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to identify high-impact use cases, build and test agents using Copilot Studio / Agent Builder, and create practical documentation and training materials to support adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of business process improvement, user experience, and applied AI – ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into working prototypes and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to understand pain points and identify tasks suitable for Copilot support (e.g. drafting, summarising, knowledge lookup, workflow guidance)
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional briefs (inputs, outputs, constraints, success metrics)
- Iteratively refine agent behaviour by improving prompting patterns, instructions, and guardrails to enhance consistency and usefulness
- Execute test scripts and capture outcomes (helpful vs. unhelpful responses, gaps, edge cases)
- Track adoption signals and feedback (what users actually ask; where the agent fails; what to enhance)
- Create short training aids: quick reference guides, sample prompts, demo walkthroughs
Qualifications and requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree programme in AI, Computer Science or Digital Technology
- Strong interest in applied AI (especially copilots/agents) and business process improvement
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); able to learn new tools quickly
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- High integrity and discretion when handling internal information
- Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship
