You will be working closely with our People & Culture team to:
Support the recruitment process and events
Communicate with applicants to follow up on their applications
Arrange for interviews for shortlisted candidates with internal stakeholders
Assist with data checks and system migration
Generate reports and perform research and analysis
Assist with People & Culture administrative tasks, staff engagement events and projects
Qualifications and Skills
Pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources Management at a recognised institute
Full-time interns who can commit to an internship period of 3 months or longer will be preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-driven and motivated learner and can work well in a team setting
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong attention to details with good time management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
