Responsibilities 

The ideal candidate should possess a fun, confident and outgoing personality and be passionate about interacting with people. You will be working with our People & Culture team to: 

  • support the end-to-end recruitment processes  
  • communicate with applicants to follow up on their applications 
  • arrange for interviews for shortlisted candidates with internal stakeholders 
  • generate reports and perform data analysis 
  • attend recruitment events, career fairs  
  • assist with talent acquisition initiatives 
  • post positions on the company’s website and other job boards relevant to the open position to attract qualified applicants 
  • act as candidates’ liaison from time of application through offer acceptance; facilitate smooth transfer of relationship to HR Business Partner 
  • support other People & Culture responsibilities as required 

Qualifications and skills 

  • Degree in Human Resources, or related field 
  • Fresh graduates or with 1 year of relevant HR working experience 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders 
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated to make an impact 
  • Creative and flexible and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment 
  • High level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information 
  • Strong project and time management skills 
  • Passionate about people and culture initiatives
