Audit Team

Our audit team supports businesses in this important compliance measure that builds transparency and a complete picture of your financial position and regulatory obligations. Using a global audit approach and methodology across all Grant Thornton firms, our team brings consistent, high quality audit services to companies across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Formatting and typing of financial statements, reports and other documents as requested
  • Checking of accounts such as accounts casting, cross reference checks and comparative figure checks
  • Preparing documents such as forms, accounting and financial statements, letters, department reports, routine correspondence, and other materials
  • Proofreading, verifying, and checking work for completeness and accuracy and resolves errors and omissions
  • Filing management
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications and requirements

  • Preferably possess O Level, Higher Secondary/'A' Level/Pre-U
  • Preferable to have at least 2 years of experience as a typist in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier accounting firm
  • Have basic computer literacy with a good knowledge of MS office skills
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Have the ability to prioritise work and to multitask
  • Agile and flexible mindset
  • Be familiar with administration/typist/secretarial tasks
  • Have an eye for detail and be highly organised
