Sally has 12 years of experience in the audit and assurance industry working on listed companies and subsidiaries of companies listed on the Singapore, Hong Kong and United States stock exchanges, private companies and start-ups. She spent 9 years with a Big 4 accounting firm prior to joining Grant Thornton.
Sally has experience in auditing companies in the electronics engineering, technology, manufacturing, real estate, software, oil & gas and e-commerce industries. She had worked on many cross-border audit engagements with multiple levels of consolidation and audit coordination regionally and globally.
She has experience in complex accounting issues such as business combination, common control transactions, revenue recognition involving multiple performance obligations and lease accounting.
Notably, Sally had also acted as manager-in-charge for a successful IPO audit on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
