As a strategic solutions provider, Josephine has worked with over 1,000 clients in various industries to assess the value of their enterprises and intellectual property. She has also performed valuation reviews for various investments held by large sovereign wealth funds and private equity funds. With 16 years of experience specialising in the Asian region, Josephine was formerly a corporate finance director with a Big 4 accounting firm.

Josephine has served as a facilitator of the Business Value, Governance and Risk module of the Singapore Qualification Program under the Singapore Accountancy Commission. She has also helped developed and served as a Senior Adjunct Lecturer for Singapore University of Social Sciences’s Valuations Module.
